Zoomt's Reward Program

At Zoomt, we value the power of networking and referrals. We believe that the best candidates and partners often come through word of mouth. That’s why we’ve set up a special reward program to thank those who help us grow and expand.
1. For Candidates:
Every time you refer a candidate who is successfully placed, you receive a reward of €200. After the third successful placement of your referred candidates, we increase this amount to €250.
2. For Companies:
If you introduce us to a company that hasn’t worked with Zoomt before and this leads to a successful placement, you receive a reward of €550.

Terms

  1. The referred candidate or company must not have been in contact with Zoomt before.

  2. Rewards are paid out after the referred candidate has been employed for 90 days or after the

    first successful placement at the referred company is completed.

  3. All referrals must lead to a placement within six months of the introduction to be eligible for

    a reward.
