What are you going to do?
- As Team Leader Quality Control you will build the team together with the Quality Manager;
- In addition to quality, rapid switching and flexibility are extremely important to be successful;
- In your role you are responsible for the quality of incoming products and the continuous improvement thereof;
- You do this together with your team by acting on any deviations, optimizing measurement methods, accurately documenting measurements and methods and entering into discussions with the various departments to achieve improvements;
- You ensure that the magnifying glass used to look at is the right one and that it is adjusted when there are new insights;

What we ask:
- You have an MBO course, mechanical engineering is an advantage;
- You already have several years of relevant experience;
- You are easy to deal with, communicate easily;
- You are independent and analytical;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
